What are your shipping charges? The following shipping charges apply to all orders: - Orders over $150.00 suggested list price will receive free shipping and handling.
- Orders under $150.00 suggested list price will incur a $13 shipping and handling fee.
Our supplements are shipped out 2nd Day Air once they leave the facility (within USA only). Our competitors charge as much as $15.95 for the same shipping package. We require our supplements to be shipped out quickly in order to guarantee the supplements stay fresh when their delivered. Packages exposed to excessive heat while being shipped within a 2 week period can spoil or not be as effective when treating symptoms. VitaDocs ships supplements either by UPS or USPS with 2nd Day Air shipping.
How can I receive Standard Process products? Products are available only through health care professionals or VitaDocs.com which is owned by health professionals.
What is the VitaDocs return policy?
An Authorized Return Number (ARN) is required for all returns and it must be visible on the outside of the shipping box or on the mailing label. To receive an ARN, E-main the customer service department at

within 30 days of the order date. When calling, you will need to state the product name and code, the invoice number, and the reason for return.
Returned, unopened product must be in the original container (box and bottle). There is a 20% processing fee on all returned products. Any products returned without a visible ARN will be refused by VitaDocs.com.
